3. Payment & Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable except in cases of academy-initiated cancellations.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
4. Attendance & Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance to qualify for certification.
Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, will lead to disciplinary action.
The academy has the right to suspend or expel students for violating the code of conduct.
5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All study materials, designs, and course content provided by Stilo Fashion Academy are copyrighted and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
Students are allowed to use course materials for personal learning purposes only.
6. Certification & Completion
Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of the course, fulfilling all required assignments, projects, and attendance criteria.
The academy reserves the right to withhold certification in case of non-compliance with academic requirements.
7. Internship & Job Placement
Internship and job placement assistance may be provided, but the academy does not guarantee employment after course completion.
Students must meet industry and employer-specific requirements to qualify for placements.
8. Use of Academy Facilities
Students must use academy facilities and equipment responsibly. Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the student.
Personal belongings are the student’s responsibility, and the academy will not be liable for lost or stolen items.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Stilo Fashion Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the official website or email.
Continued enrollment or use of services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
